Charles (Chuck) was born in Miami, Florida, March 29, 1952.  He was saved at South Dade Baptist Church in Homestead, Florida under the ministry of Bro. Howard Leman and surrendered to preach under the ministry of C. H. Couey.  
    He and Cathy Olmstead were married July 7, 1973. He graduated from Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri in 1973. After graduation they returned to Homestead to work in their home church as Youth Director, Bus Minister, and Associate Pastor for 7 years. He took a group of teenagers to be with Don and Phyllis Sidebottom in St Croix, Virgin Islands and that trip made a great impact in not only his life but several of the young people. From that group Chuck and Cathy, Ralph and Becky Done, Chris and Annie White, Jeff and Sandra Price and Vernon Smith are all Fellowship missionaries. 
    Chuck and Cathy were approved as missionaries to Korea in 1980. He started three churches there and did an outstanding work until his death August 29, 1995 of cancer.  He is survived by his wife, Cathy and three sons; Jeremy, Christopher and Kevin.
